Goji berry juice is known for its anti-fatigue properties. A 2012 study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food looked deep into the Goji berry to investigate whether it is really effective against fatigue.
The study comprised two groups of participants. The placebo-controlled group consisted of 80 participants aged 18 to 72 years while the active group (those administered Goji berry juice) comprised 81 individuals aged between 18 and 72 years. 120 mL Goji berry juice was administered to each participant under the active group every day. All of the 161 participants were then asked to fill in a questionnaire that consisted of questions relating to fatigue symptoms and marked 0 to 5, and both groups of participants were made part of the meta-analysis.
The results of the random effects model showed that the active group participants experienced a decrease in their weakness and stress levels besides becoming mentally more attentive, active and focused. Their sleep quality and breathing pattern were improved, and their overall health condition received a boost. On the other hand, the fixed effects model revealed a reduction in fatigue level and hopelessness in addition to the boost in tranquility and blood flow. Participants in the placebo group experienced no significant improvement in any of these areas.
The study concluded that Goji berry juice has significant health benefits and that it can help reduce fatigue by improving cognitive performance and overall well-being of the consumer.

Goji berry (Lycium barbarum) juice is said to exhibit a number of health benefits, including improvement of the immune system. A 2009 study, published in the Journal of Medicinal Food, looked into the possible benefits of goji berry juice for the immune system. The study also looked at the effects of gojiberry juice on the general well-being, and safety of its users.
Under the study, sixty healthy individuals in the age bracket of 55-72 years were administered goji berry juice or a placebo every day for one month. The immune systems of each subject were assessed at the end of the month-long study, and it was found that several indicators of the immune functions (lymphocytes, levels of interleukin-2 and immunoglobulin G) of the participants administered goji berry juice received a boost. It was also found that those individuals who drank goji berry juice slept well, got improved memory, stayed focused and experienced less tiredness.
On the other hand, members of the placebo group showed no substantial change on any of these indicators. It was also found that goji berry juice has no side effects or risks like body weight fluctuation and change in blood pressure or pulse rate. It was concluded that the regular use of goji berry juice could give a substantial boost to a number of immune functions and improve general well-being of its users without causing side effects.

Goji berry (Lycium barbarum) is popular for a number of health benefits, including its effectiveness in slimming waistlines. According to a study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, drinking a glass of goji berry juice every day for two weeks may reduce waist circumference by five centimeters. However, the study also found that goji berry juice does not bring about any weight change.
The study revolved around two groups of overweight people. One group was administered goji berry juice while the other group was made to drink placebo. Participants of both groups were restricted to the same levels of calories. The waistlines of participants in both groups were measured before and after the administration of goji berry juice and placebo.
The results showed that subjects who drank goji berry juice of 120 milliliters per day for two weeks observed an average of 5.5 centimeters waist circumference loss. On the other hand, subjects who were administered placebo showed no significant change in waistline measurement. The study also found that goji berry juice enhanced energy burning by ten percent more than placebo.
