Workout wednesday comes from the questions how can we be as good as we can be? What does it take for me to be the best version of myself? How can i optimize my life?
We started with a inhouse workout every wednesday for our colleges and quickly turned in to a network workout where anyone is invited that want be as good as you can be. Together with awsome athlet, inspirer and personal trainer Andreas Sjöstrand @plantbasedathlete we each week invite you to explore your potential by trying out old and new sports to test your performance.
